Isometric and Ballistic Performance in Canoeing and Weightlifting

Weightlifters produce strength and power in the vertical plane, while canoeists horizontal plane. The purpose of study is to examine difference between isometric ballistic force athletes weightlifting canoeing, at which production occurs different planes. 84 aged 14-21 were included study.
